Following on from our phone conversation, I would just like to commend your entire shop for the outstanding customer service you provided a few weeks ago when I had my car in for work. From the initial phone call your team were very friendly and efficient. I was promptly called back with a quote after my first inquiry. It was not the cheapest but very reasonable and guaranteed. I was even offered a drop off service and my car was ready on time and the bill as per my quote. The lady at the front (forgive me, I have forgotten her name) arranged to pick my fiance from her home and take her to your shop to collect her car when it was ready. The car has been great since coming from your workshop and to then get a follow up phone call to check if I was happy with the service, shows a great commitment to customer service.
